By purchasing and using the DRT Topper, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Owner Responsibility: It is the owner’s responsibility to regularly inspect the tent for signs of wear, damage, or environmental exposure. This includes the tent fabric, seams, windows, and support materials.

2. Maintenance Guidelines: After each use, the tent should be inspected for dirt, debris, and moisture. Always ensure the tent is completely dry before storage to prevent any mold, mildew, and material degradation.

3. Environmental Exposure: While the DRT and tent material are 100% weather-resistant, an improperly stowed DRT Topper can impact fabric integrity and waterproofing while not likely. A bi-annual application of an SiO2 and fabric sealant is recommended to keep your DRT in top shape and stay ahead of the competition.

4. Proper Use: The tent should always be opened, used, and stowed according to the instructions. Improper deployment or storage, as well as overloading or using the tent in extreme weather conditions, may lead to damage that is not covered under warranty.

5. Storage Recommendations: When not in use for extended periods, store the topper in a dry, protected area. Failure to do so may reduce the lifespan of the tent materials and impact overall functionality.
